Hi everyone! I'm yahiro, and I make sononi.

sononi is a new lifestyle tool for your everyday research.

AI has started reaching everyone, and the amount of information out there has shot up. We get to read more articles than ever, but more and more of them feel hard to get through, or like they were written by AI.

I suspect many of you are surfing the internet with a vague sense of “hmm, something's off” too.

sononi is my attempt to fix those days when you just can't bring yourself to read.

sononi comes with a browser extension that helps you read the body of an article.

When a piece is a slog, or you only want to read part of it, press a button and it writes you a Netflix-style blurb and chapters that make the article feel fun to read.

You can find trending articles on social media like Twitter, but until now there was no easy way to casually share them with close friends, your team, or coworkers.

sononi has clubs. Like an article you've read, and it's automatically sorted into the clubs you're in and shared there. Let's share what we know, together.

Sum up the articles I saved to sononi this week and pull out the insights behind them

This week's 48 articles aren't just about “how to build faster with AI.” They seem to be asking what's worth keeping in a world where anything can be built fast!

On the tech side: turning judgment into specs and parts, and building paths you can actually operate. On the life side: repeating things in tune with your body and place, and protecting the slack where time can settle.

What both share, I think, is valuing systems where judgment and history build up, over one-off outputs.

Line of the week

The cheaper it gets to make things, the more value shifts from “making” to choosing, editing, running and time. This week brought many tech articles about AI exploding output, alongside many life articles cherishing the body, old things and a building made over 20 years. They look like opposites, but they're watching the same change: speed creates oversupply, and slowness, quirks and history become the difference.

Connect an agent and you can share a list of your saved articles with ChatGPT, Claude and others. It can search and filter across your own library and even your clubs.

Instead of building agent features from scratch, sononi hands this job to the AI agent that already knows you well. For example, combine it with your agent's scheduled tasks to generate a newsletter that's just for you.

sononi is still a work in progress, and its design and behaviour may change at any time. If that's okay with you, we're looking for people who'll share feedback and build the product together with us!
